How Memberships Work

Select one of the three membership options listed below. Memberships begin at $99 per month and are structured as affordable monthly payments with a six-month initial commitment.

Membership sessions may be scheduled Tuesday through Saturday.
(The spa is closed Sunday and Monday.)

What types of memberships are offered?
The Necessity Spa offers:
1) Massage Therapy Memberships

Each membership is designed to support ongoing care rather than one-time treatments.
Why is there a 6-month commitment?
Consistency matters. Whether supporting skin health or muscle care, meaningful changes take time.
A 6-month commitment allows:
*Your provider to understand your body or skin over time
*Your routine to support noticeable improvements
*You to experience the difference regular care makes
This structure mirrors proven models used by national wellness franchises, while allowing us to maintain our personalized approach.
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed monthly to the card on file. Billing occurs on the same date each month based on your enrollment date.
What happens after the initial 6 months?
After the initial 6-month commitment, membership are automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis. No additional long-term commitment is required unless you choose to continue.
How do I cancel my membership?
A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation AFTER the initial 6-month term. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or in writing.
Can I cancel before the 6 months are complete?
Memberships are a commitment. Early cancellations are not permitted except in rare circumstances and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management.
What is included each month?
Each membership includes:
*One service per month based on your selected membership type
*Preferred member pricing
*Priority booking
Do unused sessions roll over?
Membership sessions are intended to support regular care.
Sessions do not roll over indefinitely.
Skipping sessions may reduce the effectiveness of consistent care.
We encourage members to schedule monthly to receive full benefit.
Can I upgrade or add services?
Yes. Members may:
*Upgrade their session by paying the difference
*Add additional services at member pricing
*Receive recommended enhancements based on provider guidance
Is booking guaranteed?
Membership provides priority booking, but appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure preferred days and times.
What if my payment fails?
If a payment cannot be processed, your membership may be temporarily paused.
Services may require prepayment until the account is current.
Can memberships be shared?
Memberships are non-transferable and valid for the enrolled guest only.
