Treatment Refunds
At The Necessity Spa, our foremost commitment is to deliver exceptional service to you. It's important to note that we do not provide refunds for our services. We hold honesty as a core value in all our interactions with you. Esthetics are inherently variable, and individual responses to treatments can differ widely. Accurately predicting specific results is exceedingly challenging, so payments for our services encompass the treatments themselves rather than guaranteeing a particular outcome. Nonetheless, our dedication remains unwavering as we continuously strive to attain the optimal results for your benefit. We sincerely appreciate your choice in allowing us to serve you!

Professional Product Refunds
Our mission is to provide you with high-quality skincare products in addition to our services. You may find these products so desirable that you wish to include them in your daily skincare regimen at home. If, for any reason, you purchase any of our spa products for personal use and discover any defects, we are pleased to offer an exchange within 10 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, we will issue spa credits that can be applied to the purchase of any other products in that range.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions​​

Non-transferable & Non-refundable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gratuity: Gift cards cannot be used for gratuity. Gratuity should be paid separately.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: The Necessity Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Unfortunately, we cannot replace them.

Expiration: Gift cards do not expire, unless otherwise stated.

Remaining Balance:
The full value of a gift card does not need to be used in a single visit. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use. -
Introductory Offers & Special Pricing:
Only Necessity Spa Gift Cards can be used for services purchased at introductory or special pricing. Third-party gift cards (e.g., Spa Finder, Spa Week) cannot be applied to these discounted rates. -
Third-party Gift Cards:
Third-party gift cards (e.g., Spa Finder, Spa Week) must be used at the regular, non-discounted rate and cannot be applied toward introductory offers, special pricing, or promotional discounts. -
Gift Card Usage:
Gift cards cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, or additional gift cards for payment on the same service. Each form of payment must be used separately. -
Gift Card Restrictions:
Gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of memberships or prepaid service packages (such as bundled service deals or series of treatments). -
Gift Card Redemption Cap for Promotions:
For offers or promotions, only a portion of the service can be paid using a third-party gift card, up to a maximum of $50. -
Cancellation Policy for Gift Card Appointments:
Appointments booked with a gift card are subject to the same cancellation policy as all other appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 100% service fee deduction from the gift card balance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the required time frame to avoid any penalties or loss of the gift card value. -
No-Shows or No Calls:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your gift card balance. -
Late Cancels/Reschedules:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without providing the required notice, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. This fee will be deducted from your gift card balance. -
Policy Application: All cancellation and business policies are applicable to Gift Card holders as well.

When scheduling an appointment using a gift card, please note the following guidelines:

Booking Method:
Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by calling 330.257.7474. -
Reservation with Credit Card:
A credit card is required to secure your appointment. No charges will be applied to the card; it is only used to reserve your spot and enforce our cancellation and no-show policies. -
Redeeming Gift Cards:
When booking your appointment, please select the service of your choice and notify us in the designated area that you intend to redeem a gift card for payment.​
Sick Policy
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick or anyone in your immediate family (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged 100% for your service. Please do not come to the spa sick, we will not charge a fee if you cancel your appointment due to illness, however not rescheduling, not showing up or showing up sick will incur 100% of your services.
Cancellation Policies
In an effort to ensure our clients get the best service possible, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason we respectfully request a 48-hour notice be given via phone call/text message directly to The Necessity Spa @ (330)-257-7474 to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

The Necessity Spa respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies. You will receive messages weekly or as needed based on your interactions with our products and services.
