Our services are designed to support long-term wellness, not quick fixes. Each session is informed by how your body or skin presents that day, with professional techniques and modalities selected to meet your current needs while respecting the skin barrier and the body’s natural rhythms.
We value education, consistency, and trust. Our role is to help you understand your needs, maintain progress between visits, and make informed decisions about your care—without pressure or unnecessary add-ons.

At The Necessity Spa, our policies and ethical standards are in place to protect the well-being of our guests, our team, and the integrity of the services we provide. We believe clear expectations create a better experience for everyone.
Cancellation & Late Arrival
Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and consultation.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect scheduled appointments that follow.
Full service fees apply for appointments that cannot be completed due to late arrival.
No-Shows or Failure to Communicate
Appointments missed without notice, or failure to reschedule after being asked to do so due to illness, will result in responsibility for the full service value with no reschedule credit issued.

Single-Service Appointments
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments result in responsibility for the full service cost.
Members will have one session deducted from their membership or package.
Appointments missed without communication are fully chargeable, and no reschedule credit will be issued.
Multiple-Service Bookings & Spa Packages
72 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice are responsible for the full value of scheduled services.
Illness & Health Considerations
Guests should not attend appointments if they are feeling unwell.
Illness occurring within 24 hours of a single-service appointment, or 72 hours of multiple-service bookings or spa packages, is considered a late cancellation.
The guest remains responsible for the scheduled service; however, the appointment value will be converted into a reschedule credit.
Reschedule Credit Terms
Must be used within 30 days
Non-refundable and non-transferable
Applies to the same or equal-value service
Guests who arrive displaying symptoms of illness will be asked to reschedule. In these cases, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and converted into a reschedule credit under the terms above.
Appointments missed without notice, or failure to communicate after being asked to reschedule due to illness, result in responsibility for the full service value, with no reschedule credit issued.
