I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Advanced Esthetician with over a decade of experience in the wellness and personal care industry. My training includes Brown Aveda Institute (2014), and Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage (2015) along with ongoing continuing education to stay aligned with current standards, techniques, and best practices.
Before opening The Necessity Spa, I worked in franchise spa environments where I gained valuable insight into operations, service delivery, and client expectations. Those experiences shaped how this business was built — with intention, structure, and a commitment to providing thoughtful, professional care.
My specialties include custom massage therapy, skin-health-focused treatments, dermaplaning, and Brazilian waxing. My approach is centered on education, communication, and individualized care, creating services that support long-term wellness rather than temporary results.
At The Necessity Spa, care is not approached as a one-time experience. Each service is designed to support consistency — helping clients reduce physical tension, improve skin health, and maintain overall well-being over time.
I believe effective care begins with listening — to the body, to the skin, and to the individual — and using that understanding to guide intentional, results-driven services.
I have also participated in business development and growth programs that support the continued structure and expansion of The Necessity Spa.

How can I schedule an appointment at The Necessity Spa?

We do not accept appointment requests via text message.
Is a credit card required to book an appointment?
To secure your appointment at The Necessity Spa, a credit card is required. Rest assured, no charges will be applied at the time of booking. The card is used solely to reserve your appointment and enforce our no-show, late arrival, and cancellation policies.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Spa Finder Gift Cards, HSA cards and all major debit and credit cards.
To secure your appointment, we will require a credit card number; however, you can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, credit or debit card and/or gift certificate.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages and are left to the discretion of our guests. While never required, they are greatly appreciated as a way to acknowledge excellent service. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk at checkout. The recommended gratuity for spa treatments is 15% to 25% of the service fee. Please note that gift certificates do not include gratuity unless specifically stated otherwise.
Do you accept walk-ins?
The Necessity Spa welcomes walk-in guests based on availability. However, to guarantee your preferred time and services, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. A credit card is required to secure your booking.
